The public website does not currently accept general-user email registrations, account creation, or paid-service applications. This policy will be updated before Limited Open Beta or another public registration flow is opened.
1. Information processed by the website
For site delivery, security, usage measurement, and improvement, the website may process technical information such as page path, display language, timestamp, referrer, UTM information, browser/device information, approximate country or region, and random Visitor / Session identifiers.
Hosting or infrastructure providers may also process access logs as necessary for delivery, security, and incident response.
2. Purposes
- Delivering, maintaining, and securing the website
- Understanding and improving navigation and usage
- Investigating abuse, failures, and operational issues
- Designing and validating future release stages
3. Limited Open Beta and future registrations
General reservations are not open yet. Before a registration flow opens, this page or the relevant registration surface will disclose the information collected, purposes, retention, service providers or recipients, procedures for exercising applicable rights, operator information, and a contact channel.
4. Sale of personal information
Decision Platform is not designed around selling users' personal information to advertisers or other third parties.
5. External providers
External providers may be used where necessary for hosting, infrastructure, security, and site operations. Material Production arrangements will be reflected in this policy when the Production environment is finalized.
6. Security
Reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information processed are used, including access control, limited retention surfaces, encryption where applicable, and other technical or organizational measures.
7. Contact and data rights
The website does not currently provide a general-user personal-data submission function. Before such a function is enabled, operator information, a contact channel, and procedures for applicable access, correction, deletion, or restriction requests will be published here.
8. Changes
This policy may be updated as the release stage, functionality, legal requirements, or operations change. Material changes will be surfaced on the website.
